This Privacy Policy explains how Barinder Singh ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TymClick mobile application (the "App"). TymClick is a workforce time-tracking tool that lets team leaders create an organization and lets team members check in and out of job sites using NFC tags, QR codes, or manual entry.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the App:

Account & contact information: name, email address, phone number, and a password you create. For team members, an assigned hourly rate.
Location information: when you check in or out, and while a shift is active, the App may access your device's precise location to verify you are at the assigned job site (geofencing). Location is used only during active shifts and to enforce the optional geofence radius set by your organization.
Photos: if your organization requires a photo at check-in or check-out, the App captures the photo you take and associates it with that shift record.
Site & NFC data: job site names, addresses, map coordinates, and NFC tag identifiers configured by your organization.
Shift & work records: check-in/out times, hours worked, jobs logged, and calculated earnings.

How We Use Information

To create and manage your account and organization.
To record shifts, calculate hours and earnings, and generate history and reports.
To verify presence at job sites through NFC, QR, or location-based check-in.
To enable team leaders to manage members, sites, and check-in methods.
To maintain the security and integrity of the service.

How Information Is Shared

Your work records, location during shifts, and check-in photos are visible to the administrators of the organization you belong to. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We share data with service providers only to the extent needed to run the App (for example, cloud hosting and, for account-related messaging, communication providers).

Data Retention

We retain account and shift records for as long as your organization keeps its account active, or as required to comply with legal, tax, or payroll obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your Choices & Rights

You can disable location and camera permissions in your device settings, though some check-in features may not work as a result.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA.

Children's Privacy

TymClick is intended for use by employees and contractors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
